Penelope made a salad for Uncle Jay. She went to the garden and picked the arugula, then she ripped the leaves, washed and dried them and finally added the dressing that she made. After she was done she sat down and ate spoonfuls of parmesan cheese.
On Sundays Winston or Penelope will make the starter dough for the week before going to bed.

Pictures from our trip to the San Diego Zoo over Christmas. We were fortunate to go on a day that wasn't busy. There wasn't a line to see the pandas and to top it off the baby panda was in a good and friendly mood. Andy got some good videos of the panda climbing and running around.
Sometime in the middle of the day I noticed that the kids had left this against one of the walls.
Penelope has been learning to lace beads. She can do about three or four before she needs a break.
This is Penelope's painted fish. She wanted to listen to her music while painting.
