Winston spent nearly two weeks with the grandparents. He had a great time but did miss Penelope and Penelope missed him too.

He came back with presents for all of us.
Winston got a butterfly garden for his birthday which we all enjoyed. We got four Painted Lady butterfly larvae and waited three weeks for them to develop.

Dressing up like one of the kids in Children of the Forest . Winston and Penelope like to look at the illustrations in this book. They like the scene where the dad kills the snake and the one where the kids are stung by the ants they have disturbed.
