Winston loves to laugh and Liza knows how to make him laugh for the camera.
Winston's favorite Spanish lullabies.
He looks so different in these two pictures yet they were taken one day apart.
Winston was getting bored with his swing so we looked for something else that was more active for him. We got him a Jumperoo
His feet don't touch the ground yet so we fold a blanket to give him that extra inch he needs.
He loves sitting there and bouncing unfortunately he gets tired after 15 minutes and needs to nap.
I coudn't stop laughing. His legs spring off the floor like a frog, it's so cute.
Para celebrar el cumpleaños de nuestro amigo, Nik, alquilamos un barco de vela y nos paseamos por la bahía de San Francisco. Winston se porto muy bien, pues durmió dos horas y las otras dos se las pasó sonriendo.
To celebrate our friend's birthday, Nik, we sailed around San Francisco Bay. Winston really enjoyed the trip. He slept for half of the trip and the other half he spent it looking around and smiling.
Winston le encanta que lo ponga boca abajo y que lo cargue en su portabebé de Bjorn con cara al enfrente.
Winston refuses to take a bottle once again and this time he doesn't even tolerate the nipple in his mouth. We have tried every bottle and nipple on the market, and he just won't drink from them - even when it's my breast milk. He would rather go to sleep hungry than take the bottle. Last Thursday he went 6 hours without taking a bottle. We've tried almost all the suggestion that La Leche League offers with the exception of the sippy cup, that's next.
Winston after winning another battle against the evil bottle!
Maribel & Isaac came up to visit this past weekend and brought a lot of shirts and onesies for Winston along with a very nice sweater that Daniela knitted for him.
During their short visit we went to the farmers market in Burlingame and had breakfast at the Copenhagen Bakery and Cafe. Winston loved all the attention that he got.
Afterwards we went to the Japanese Tea Garden in San Mateo which is rated as one of the best tea gardens in North America. The garden is in the midst of a highly urbanized setting but you can still enjoy its quiet serenity and natural beauty. It includes a koi pond, a granite pagoda (from Toyonaka, Japan) and a tea house. We tried to take pictures in the tea house but another couple beat us to it.
