Red Balloon

Winston and I watched The Red Balloon this weekend. It's a short movie about a boy, Pascal, who finds a large helium-filled red balloon on his way to school one morning. The balloon, with a life all its own, then follows the boy through the streets of Paris and the two form a quick bond.

The film ends as the other balloons in Paris come to Pascal's aid and take him on a cluster balloon ride. Winston enjoyed the movie but kept asking how the kid was going to get down. Clearly, he's been watching too many Mythbusters.
