Crib
Winston never liked the crib but now that Penelope uses it he has been asking us to put him in it. He likes to play with the mobile.

Winston and his friend colored and painted the inside of the car seat box.
Oh, the band-aid is just for looks. Winston's cheek was hurting and he asked that we put a fishy band-aid on it.

Before Thanksgiving Winston wanted My Car to be read to him every night at least twice but after Thanksgiving it has been all about Cars (Pixar). He carries that book everywhere and will sleep with it along with his two toy cars of Dinico McQueen and Fillmore.
Andy and I have read the Cars book so many times that we have the entire book memorized.

We recently got a new front loading washer. Winston at first found it scary but now has begun to help me with the laundry. He loads and unloads the laundry for me often commenting on the items. This week he has been asking to pour the detergent. I am sure that in a few weeks he will view this as a chore and I will have to beg him to come and help.

Lately Winston has been filling up his lunch bag with books and toys and carrying it around. He carries the bag everywhere.
We went to the Japanese store to buy his favorite rice and then stopped at the Japanese fast food for a curry chicken bowl which he likes.

Winston loves to help out in the kitchen. While we are cooking he will help out with simple tasks such as pouring ingredients, mixing his cookie/cake mix, and beating eggs. It does take longer to finishes but seeing how much he enjoys participating makes it worth the extra time. Plus it's a great way to entertain him while we cook.
This past Thanksgiving he was asking his grandma to let him stir the eggs unfortunately he was using all three languages and it took us some time to figure out what he was saying.
Winston used the colorful spatulas and the trash can to wake everybody up.
